SHARED SPACE
Imagine this unused attic room, dimly lit and difficult to access which we then turn into being the heart of the home: i.e. the reception and common area where both the family and hosts can spend their time together.
We are talking about this room in a residential flat, made up of many two-family unit properties, located on the outskirts of the city, whereby our work was exclusively dedicated to the wall surface finishing, choosing the right materials, colours and appropriate furniture for the new living concept created. For this no masonry work was carried out.
The purpose of the project was to redevelop the daily living area by particularly highlighting its potential by transforming the attic area, which was previously a utility room, into this large and airy space which could be potentially used for various additional or complementary functions such as a reading-relaxation area, multimedia area or even dining space.
Our designer’s approach along with the carefully chosen fixtures and furniture, of which some were made to measure, therefore revitalized the entire space turning it into the real heart and focal point of the house.
